1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Requests made after that period cannot be accepted.

2. How to Return
We currently do not provide prepaid shipping labels or return codes.
You may use your preferred courier service to send the product(s) back to our return center.
Please include your order number and name inside the package.
(The return address will be sent to you via email.)
Important: After shipping, please email us the tracking number. Otherwise, we cannot confirm your return.

3. Refund Timing
After we receive and inspect the returned item(s),
we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

4. Important Notes
When returning, please do not send the package to the sender's address on the label — that is not our return center.
We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
